- All prices are quoted FOB our warehouse in
Magill North, South Australia unless otherwise
stated.
- Most items are in stock and will be shipped within
48 hours of receipt.
- Actual delivery time will be 5 to 7 working days
from day of shipment.
- We ship via air mail from South Australia and
cannot therefore offer tracking numbers to follow
your shipment.
- Shipping and handling charges will be calculated on your shopping cart.
- In the event of there being a shortage of material a claim should be filed
with Bells 'n Whistles via Email at handgwstore@gmail.com immediately
upon discovery of the said damage.
- All shipments should be inspected for shipping damage upon delivery and
any damage claimed with the carrier immediately.
- All damage claims must be filed at the receiving end by the consignee.

- Under no circumstances is a shipment to be refused by the receiving party
due to possible freight damage or material shortage.
- In the event that a shipment is received back at the warehouse in Australia due to freight damage or material shortage without a return authorization number, the purchaser will be invoiced for the total freight charges (North America to Australia and return) and the parcel will not be opened but will be returned to the sender in the same condition it was received
